Las Vegas cuisine is some of the most unique in the world. If you’re looking for things to do in Las Vegas during the day, you can’t go wrong with a trip to some of the amazing food trucks around the city! The sushi is fresh and the service was great. Is it worth getting Premium AYCE Sushi at IT SUSHI? There is a 90-minute limit on AYCE so it pays to give yourself some extra time. If you’re coming in late, make sure that you arrive before 1am so that you have some time to eat your food. IT Sushi is open until 2am, making it a great late-night sushi spot. Address: 4815 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV.It’s about a 10-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. It’s in a massive plaza with a ton of parking. ITs SUSHI is located in the center of the Chinatown District of Las Vegas. The restaurant is pretty responsive when it comes to answering their phone, so reservations are easy to make (I included their phone number below). I highly recommend you make a reservation at ITs SUSHI, especially if you plan on coming in during the dinner rush. The soups and salads on the menu include: If you want to order them on the lunch menu, you’ll have to pay per item ($5 per skewer). However, the skewers are only part of the all-day AYCE menu. The skewers on the menu are delicious as well, especially the shrimp. ITs SUSHI also serves a couple of seared and cooked dishes. The restaurant offers several flavors of Yubu, but only on the all-day menu. There are too many to list here, but these are the main categories of specialty rolls:įor those not familiar, Yubu is sort of like a sushi pocket. They include dishes like Red Dragon Rolls, Tiger Rolls, Popcorn Lobster Rolls, and Salmon Lover Rolls. These are some of your options:īeyond the classic rolls, ITs SUSHI Las Vegas also offers over 50 specialty rolls. There are over 25 appetizers to choose from on ITs Sushi’s menu. Now that we’ve covered prices, let’s take a look at the actual menu. The fish is the most expensive ingredient, and they would have to raise prices if the fish was served alone (like in a sashimi dish). They want you to finish the rice so that you don’t just eat the fish and throw out the rice. However, this is common practice when ordering all-you-can-eat sushi. It may seem odd that ITs SUSHI asks you to finish the rice. Order a little at a time because excessive leftovers will be charged.ITs SUSHI asks that you finish the rice when you order AYCE sushi.There are no substitutions that aren’t on the menu.No sharing with party members that don’t get AYCE.If you do go with the AYCE menu, there are a few rules that you should be aware of: If you don’t get the AYCE menu, expect to pay between $4-$12 a dish depending, on what you order. Kids under the age of 3 eat for free, while kids between the ages of 4 and 7 are half price. Kids can get a massive discount at ITs SUSHI Las Vegas. Also, the lunch/late-night menu isn’t available on weekends. If you eat dinner here (4pm to 10pm), only the all-day menu is available. The all-day menu is slightly more expensive, but it has a couple of extra dishes. ITs SUSHI Special (All-Day) – $30.95 (available from open to close).However, they do charge different prices depending on the time of day you visit. You’ll get the best bang for your buck with the AYCE menu. At ITs SUSHI, you have the option of ordering individual dishes or ordering the all-you-can-eat menu.
